We are looking for a positive, eager, & hyper-organized Personal Executive Assistant to keep this Entrepreneur’s life and business running smoothly. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from a successful businesswoman who is starting a new venture and needs help getting it up and running. From research, scheduling, travel arrangements, errands, gift buying, bill management, organization & coordinating with her children’s schools, this is an all hands on deck position. You must be someone who works quickly and is able to stay three steps ahead, as you will be working for a very driven person who knows how to make anything happen. This is the perfect positions for an amazing assistant who has fantastic admin skills, but likes variety and enjoys running around as part of their day! We are looking for a tech wiz who is fluent in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple products, internet research and implementing organizational apps such as Asana to streamline and make things more efficient. This is a full time position, typically Monday-Friday, in the home office, though some flexibility is needed to work nights/weekends for an event, and potential travel in the future.
