Our client seeks a detail-oriented and experienced Grounds and Facilities Director with a working knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Systems and Technology. Applicants must have prior experience managing multiple direct reports. The general responsibilities are Staff, Property and Vendor management, budgeting (alongside the accounting department), coordinating events, managing fleet vehicles, and providing comprehensive technical knowledge to apply to general estate maintenance and construction projects. There are several properties in LA from West Hollywood to Malibu. The ideal candidate is flexible and bilingual (Spanish and English), has 10plusyears experience in facilities management, and fiscal acumen.
