We have a wonderful position in Bel Air for a local house manager or estate manager with a keen eye for detail and formality. It is important that you understand old world etiquette, discretion and humility.

This is a gorgeous property with principles that have several homes throughout the world.

Requirements:
Must understand all California employment laws
Must have experience hiring and firing
Long, loyal checkable references
Clean background
Need to let things roll off your back
They need someone that will be able to direct the traffic when they or their guests are on property.
Proactive not reactive!
You have a keen eye for detail and need to understand the workings of estate properties – checking everything to keep it going from the lights, to the hvac, to security etc
