We are working with an amazing family in Beverly Hills who is looking for a new Estate Manager. This is a M-F position; however there will be times when things need to be tended to after hours or over the weekend. It’s a hybrid position which will include a good deal of assisting the Principal and his extended family. You will manage (hire/fire/train) a staff of around six in addition to vendors. The Estate Manager walks the property daily to see what needs to be done though all major construction is handled by a GC so it’s more about the smaller day-to-day issues versus overseeing renovations. There’s definitely a concierge component here — tending to the needs of the family when it comes to booking appointments & travel, scheduling, making reservations and helping when there are parties. This is a job for a candidate who likes to manage a lot of moving parts. We are looking for candidates with longevity in previous positions on their resume as the family is hoping to hire someone on long-term. They’ve had several employees in their home for 20+ years.
