Estate Manager and Personal Assistant Needed for Wonderful Brentwood Family

A warm, down-to-earth family in Brentwood is seeking an experienced Estate Manager Personal Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of their primary residence while helping coordinate their additional properties.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and resourceful and enjoys anticipating needs, managing projects, and ensuring every detail is handled with care.

The family is looking for a true right hand who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful home and keeping everything running seamlessly.

Primary responsibilities include overseeing all household maintenance, repairs, renovations, and preventative care at the Brentwood residence. You’ll coordinate with vendors and contractors, obtain bids, schedule and supervise work, manage projects from start to finish, and ensure the home is always operating at its highest standard.

The family also owns additional residences, and you’ll work closely with local property managers to coordinate arrivals and departures, housekeeping, maintenance, seasonal preparations, repairs, and ongoing upkeep. While travel to the properties may be occasional, much of the coordination can be handled remotely.

Additional responsibilities may include vendor management, household purchasing, organizing service appointments, managing inventories, assisting with personal projects, handling errands, coordinating travel logistics, and providing general personal assistant support as needed.

The ideal candidate has previous experience managing a private estate or luxury residence, communicates exceptionally well, is tech-savvy, exercises excellent judgment, and enjoys building long-term relationships with trusted vendors. Someone who is calm under pressure, discreet, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys making life easier for a busy family will thrive in this role.
