Estate Manager for 3 homes and a yacht

We are looking for a wonderful estate manager to run one of the most gorgeous estates in Beverly Hills. (with multiple homes around the country) You will be in charge of all the domestic staff and have your hands in everything that’s important when it comes to the home, the events and the staff.
You will not only be responsible for the training of the staff, but also, for building the staff.

The events range from fund raisers to small intimate dinners, so you will or should have experience in this!

It would be wonderful if you have experience in budgeting, accounting, and payroll. Other tasks typically include overseeing construction, landscaping, autos, yachts, planes, pools, and dealing with the maintenance of these things.

The qualifications of a person for this position include but are not limited to:
Wonderful long term verifiable references
A kind personality with some humility
Good management skills
Formal education in hospitiality
Negotiating Skills
Business Skills
