Estate Manager for sprawling Los Feliz Estate

Incredible client, respectful, busy and appreciative! They just purchased a gorgeous estate in Los Feliz and looking for a service forward Estate Manager to run it. The compound includes several properties. You’ll be in charge of managing the staff, running service, overseeing events and working closely with a tight knight team. You’ll get to hire an entire staff for this property as the Prinicipal is not based here 100% and this is a new venture. So it’s an exciting time to join this team!

The property is large — so you must have the energy to walk at least 10,000 steps a day or more!

Please have extensive Estate Management experience, glowing references, proven longevity and the ability to be flexible as needed. This is a Monday-Friday position, with some travel. The Principal has other properties and you’ll be asked to go to those other homes on occasion.

The client offers wonderful benefits: 3 weeks PTO, paid health insurance (Medical and a small employee contribution for Dental and Vision,) plus 3% matching for the 401k! Salary is DOE: $200,000 – $250,000.
