Estate Manager needed for fabulous family with 3 gorgeous properties

We are looking for an experienced Estate Manager based in Los Angeles. Our client has homes in Santa Barbara and New York. Please do not apply if you can not spend time in these locations!
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 plus years recent full time experience working as a House Manager. You will be overseeing and maintaining all three properties to make sure the family is taken care of 7 days a week by managing the schedules with the staff. You will be responsible for not only the schedules,but also the training, the hiring, the vendors, as well as any events and renovations.
The client is looking for a polished, elegant candidate who can keep their homes running year round with a wonderful hospitality and can-do attitude. Kindness and humility is very important to this family!

Hospitality background is a bonus! We would love someone who has run a 5 star hotel, and understands the service industry. When the family is in town, they like to host events and small intimate dinners.

Schedule is M-F, 9-7p with flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed for events.

Requirements
Four year degree
5 plus years in related estates
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility
upbeat and positive attitude
Able to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure
Travel
Valid drivers license
US Passport
