Estate Manager needed for Large Upstate NY Property

A formal NY couple is looking for an experienced, LOCAL NY candidate to act as their Chief of Staff/Estate Manager. You will be responsible for managing this 30 acre property in Bedford Hills.
You will b in charge of managing a staff of 5, dealing with vendors and assessing bids, maintaining a household manual as well as managing 10 small homes on the property. It would be wonderful if you have knowledge of construction, budgets, and handling the vendors would be helpful.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years recent, full time experience working as an EM, managing several properties and several employees.
Housing accommodations is separate quarters on the property. Salary DOE. $150k+
