Estate manager needed in Montecito for lovely family of 6

A wonderful, busy family and staff is looking for a good leader! The family has just moved from the East Coast, and has a small staff of 4 – The parents are both busy and would prefer that someone takes over the HR for the family. It would be wonderful if you are up to date with California law, hiring and firing and training is all important. Responsibilities will also include handling outside vendors, scheduling all household services, and helping with any events that might be scheduled in the future (post Covid)
It is imperative that you have

Strong management skills
Understanding of all up to date smart home systems
