Estate Manager Property Manager for Westside Family

This is a wonderful position for someone that would like to have work/life balance. The family has paired down a bit and now has 2 properties and some commercial buildings in Los Angeles that need overseeing. They also have a residence in NYC. They are looking for a seasoned manager that will not have to be micro managed. There are constant projects and small renovations, as well as some rental units that need management. The family consists of an adult couple, so no childcare or overseeing of nannies is needed. There could be some travel to NYC, but very little! Salary is anywhere from $85K to $150k depending on your background.
