Estate Manager search for the most lovely loyal client that we have known for over a decade in Saudi Arabia

We are searching for a professional estate manager who is looking for the experience of a lifetime. The job is grand and vast and will require the utmost attention to detail and a very intuitive observer. The family compound consists of 5 to 6 buildings and is cared by a staff of 200!
Our lovely client is looking for an estate manager with a ‘hotel management’ background who knows how to run an operation smoothly. The perfect estate manager needs to have extensive management experience as they will be responsible for the financial management of the compound, the management of staff and management of the physical buildings and amenities. The estate manager will be responsible for the purchasing of all the things needed to run the compound and will be asked to do an assessment of current purchases and spending and make adjustments to the budget. They will create an entire budget for the running of this property. They will also create a master manual for the property. Our clients are looking to revamp this entire operation and have it working like a well oiled business. No waste, full efficiency and of the highest caliber ever. This is a very very high profile family that may have world leaders visiting, family dinners and formal events. The estate manager must be composed and understand formal service and etiquette.

This position requires that the estate manager relocates to Saudi Arabia They will be provided with 5 star accommodations.

The position is a one year commitment with the possibility of extending the contract.

You must have at least 7 years of experience as an estate manager with long term positions and verifiable references.
