Looking for an Estate Manager/Personal Assistant Hybrid for a single man in Thousand Oaks. House is 6000 square feet and set on stunning 4.5 acre property. Candidate should be a seasoned PA that does not require micromanaging. They are willing to stay late as needed and work an average of 50 hours per week. Their greatest skills are organization, reliability, prioritizing, project management, and event planning. The ideal person is a jack/jane of all trades; someone professional, dependable, polished, and motivated, who isn’t afraid to get his or her hands dirty. This person’s purpose each day is to safeguard the head of house’s time. Head of House should be able to delegate any project his or her way and trust that it will be done well and to his preferences. The vibe of this household is calm, encouraging, and SUPER organized. The ideal candidate can make executive decisions, is a team player, and LOVES to work! They will need to get along with everyone as they will work alongside a wonderful house keeper, maintenance, venders, and most importantly the owner’s guests. They will be kind, honest, and have a high value of privacy. It is key this candidate is capable of planning large events or small dinner parties, can research the best estate vendors, manage home renovations, and can handle mundane day to day tasks like running errands. A great eye for design/aesthetic and being in the know of current culture is highly desire. Client would like someone with formal service training. Salary DOE . There is paid vacation, sick days and a stipend for medical insurance. This is a Monday- Friday position with flexibility to work two weekend days per month.
