We are seeking an experienced, polished, and confident Estate Manager to oversee a renowned residence in Holmby Hills, currently undergoing renovation. Once the home is completed, the Estate Manager may transition to another property within the portfolio.
You will be part of a high-performing team and follow a structured management blueprint that is implemented across all of the Principal’s properties.
This role requires a highly organized and tech-savvy professional with expertise in smart home systems, computer technology, and the G Suite. You will work as part of a top-tier team and follow a management blueprint that is consistently applied across all of the Principal’s properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise household staff and ensure seamless daily operations
• Act as the primary liaison with construction, design, and broader professional teams
• Provide weekly reports to the management team
• Ensure the Principal’s needs and expectations are met with professionalism, discretion and efficiency
Qualifications
• Proven experience managing high profile estates
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in smart home systems, computer technology, and G Suite
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
