Executive and Personal Assistant for CEO of Recruiting Firm

Searching for a career assistant to be the office manager, EA/PA for a successful CEO. This is a wonderful opportunity to work for loyal businessman who cares about his employees. You will be based in a home office in the Palisades. The schedule is Monday-Friday about 9am-6pm, but it can change and flexibility is needed to work after hours on occasion. Mostly, after hours is remote work. Please be college educated (graduated from a top University,) tech savvy, fluent in all MAC products, an excellent writer and extremely efficient. You will be the gatekeeper and your boss will rely on you to make decisions on his behalf when he is stuck in a meeting. It is important that you have at least 10+ years of experience being the right hand to a C-Level Executive. We are looking for long-term references, at least 5+ years in your positions. This is a wonderful chance to join a great small team! You must a thick skin – while the CEO is not a yeller, this is a fast paced environment and you must be able to keep up without getting flustered. The ideal person has a Midwest personality with an East Coast work ethic. You should have no ego – one minute you might be making a green smoothie and the next putting together and executive summary for a client and then running an errand. You are truly going to be a Jane of All Trades and essential to your boss’ success!

Salary is DOE plus health insurance and a 401k!
