Your ability to act as the lifeline to his operation is essential. Follow through, ability to anticipate, organization and elegance is key. You should have high end agency, studio or production company experience, for at least 10 years, under your belt. Your understanding of the key players around town is essential. You will be involved in development, pre and post production so your knowledge of what it takes to create a multimillion dollar movie is key. Patience and a thick skin will be your best friend.
