The Co-Founder of this amazing organization is looking for a wonderful Executive Assistant to run her world. Ideally, you have 3-5+ years of experience managing a busy executive. The focus of this position is to support the Co-Founder so she can spend her time running the business.

The primary responsibility of the assistant is to provide a wide range of direct support. This person will act as the right hand and will be a trusted partner in maximizing your boss’ time. Managing an active calendar; composing and preparing correspondence; prepare gifts; arranging travel plans; itineraries, and agendas; and maintaining confidentiality and discretion throughout. The ideal candidate is kind, compassionate, thoughtful, organized, and proactive. Past experience working with charities is preferred.

You will be supporting a busy Entrepreneur who is also a proud Mom and Wife – so there will be some Personal Assistant work needed, you are the type of right hand who loves variety in their work and are excited to keep you Exec’s full life organized.

The schedule is typically, 9am-5pm M-F; must be available to work occasionally on evenings, weekends and holidays. Please be fluent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), iCAL, all Apple products and generally, very tech savvy. This position will be based in their SM offices, you must be fully vaccinated + boosted for Covid and able to work in their office daily.

$40/hour DOE + benefits.
