Extremely busy CEO needs meticulous and detail oriented executive assistant to run his life. You will be the primary point of contact for all communication to the CEO and must prioritize issues as you see fit. While a thick skin is necessary to keep up with a busy schedule, the CEO is an incredibly kind and wonderful boss. You are extremely valued and treated with respect. This is a wonderful position for a seasoned executive assistant with a passion for complex scheduling and most importantly, a love for keeping your CEO’s life running smoothly. The ideal assistant will have the ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure situations, work independently on projects and act with the utmost discretion. 

Recent experience working as the right hand for a successful, high profile, busy CEO is required (minimum of 5 years full time, recent experience is preferred in the travel industry.) You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to have flexibility in your schedule. College graduates are prefered and advanced proficiency of all Microsoft Office programs are a must in addition to a working knowledge of social media management.

Hours are Monday-Friday, from about 8am-6pm. Compensation is DOE plus health benefits, a 401k program and holidays. The company values longevity and is looking for an incredible assistant to join their team for years!
