Executive Assistant needed for Legendary Music Executive

We are searching for the smartest, coolest, assistant in the city! Well educated – fashion forward – culturally aware! This is an all consuming position that requires no ego and a true passion for music. This executive has had many successes in her career and continues to make impressive strides. Your administrative skills are excellent and you have at least 3+ years running an extremely fast paced and demanding desk of an entertainment industry executive. You thrive working under pressure and are able to put out fires gracefully. This is an INCREDIBLE opportunity to work for one of the industry’s best. Please have excellent references, strong communication skills and a stellar work ethic. You have an understanding of how to land the best restaurant reservations, create complex travel itineraries, find the best gifts in town and have a thick skin. You should be incredibly tech savvy, very hip, energetic and have the ability to problem solve! You will be working with another assistant and should be comfortable working as a team.
