Executive Assistant needed for Philanthropist in West Los Angeles with an incredibly busy schedule. Must have a huge heart, warmth and proven loyalty in prior roles. This Philanthropist runs an incredible mental health non profit, we would love someone who has interest in the field. Mostly, we are looking for a great executive assistant who has experience in a private home office, with exemplary organizational skills and incredible memory.

This is an in person, Monday-Friday role, in a gorgeous home office. Ideally, 11am-7pm with some flexibility to stay later as needed, or 10am-6pm for the right person.

You will manage scheduling, personal appointments, event planning, errands, travel and more. Your memory must be 150% as there are 1000 messages and documents that you will read and decipher (as her partner). You have etiquette and will be dealing with politicians and other luminaries. She would love someone that can absorb what she is doing, and be proactive and involved with her projects.

Please have a college degree, 5-10 plus years of experience, excellent references and be incredible on the computer, your middle name is tech savvy!

Salary range is $100,000 – $125,000 plus a health insurance stipend.
