LA-based brand management firm seeking a motivated and forward-thinking executive assistant to support the President.  Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining an extensive calendar, coordinating travel, and processing expenses.  The ideal candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and must be very team oriented with a no job too small attitude.  Interest in media and entertainment a plus.  Minimum 1-2 years experience.
