EXEC. HOUSEKEEPING POSITION

We are looking for a LEAD Housekeeper for a very busy and high profile family in the W. side. There are three Housekeepers (including the new hire) and a Houseman on the Housekeeping staff. The ideal candidate can liaise with the Principals, run errands and manage the existing team. We are looking for an experienced Estate Housekeeper who is diplomatic and has managed people in a previous role. This person will need to be comfortable delegating and will be expected to be somewhat flexible. The family is OOT for up to six weeks per year during which time the Housekeepers are paid their full salary but don’t have to work as many hours as usual. This is a generous family who pays well hourly and offers health benefits, paid time off and discretionary bonus.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday Saturday and Sunday
