Executive Personal Assistant needed for A List Actress Celebrity with a vibrant life

This is one of our most dynamic and interesting clients! You will be taking care of all aspects of her life: business, personal, family and home. You will be the gatekeeper and work closely with her long time producer. Please be happy working in a production office and the home, as you’ll be in both! Possibly set as needed, and of course mobile when running errands.

The ideal candidate has proven loyal and longevity in their prior assistant positions. You are interested in politics, philanthropy, entertainment and what it takes to keep a world renown figure’s life together and running smoothly.

You are vaccinated for Covid, have at least 5+ years of experience supporting a high profile entertainer, are tech savvy, a wonderful multi-tasker, organized on the verge of OCD and truly love taking care of your boss.

Some days might be 12 hours, others will be 8, we need someone very flexible who can work long days, travel, and make magic happen at a moment’s notice. You understand that having a 24/7 mentality is essential to support someone like this!

This position is offering a generous salary, $120,000 – $150,000k DOE. You will be compensated well for your time! There is no medical plan, but the salary takes this into consideration, and compensate more so you can get your own plan.
