Executive Personal Assistant needed for Animal Lover and Philanthropist in Malibu
You must be a polished, educated, hard working and easy going while still type A EPA! This is a very special job!! Our client has a wonderful foundation for animals and is looking for an extremely experienced and tech savvy assistant. Please be college educated, have at least 10+ years of experience as an assistant supporting high profile/HNW individuals. Ideally, you live in the West Valley, Malibu or Santa Monica. This will be based in a home office, foundation office and some remote work. Please also be able to travel once a quarter to the other philanthropic offices on the west coast.
Please have good communication skills, a thick skin, (as it is often really busy and you must be able to focus on the job,) it would be great if you have e-marketing experience and web development. Additionally, please understand how to manage social media accounts, as you will be helping!
This will be a Monday-Friday position.
