Executive Personal Assistant needed for Busy Creative Philanthropist in Beverly Hills

We are looking for an experienced assistant who has great computer and executive assistant skills to join this wonderful client’s life. You will work out of a beautiful home office in Beverly Hills and handle everything from scheduling, to travel, doctors’ appointments and more. This could be the perfect job for someone coming from a busy creative EA desk, who has already been doing some PA work for their Executive and is ready to continue their assistant career.
You have a can do attitude, and understand that no task is less or more important than the other. It’s all about having a hospitality heart and wanting to take care of your boss! You have the executive assistant skills of a Ninja, and enjoy organizing and planning, but also love the personal side that comes into play when working out of someone’s home. This client has a Non-Profit that she runs, as well as a very busy family, and traveling all over the world – you will be responsible for this calendar which is not an easy task!!!
She is recently divorced, and shares custody of her teenage twin daughters, so someone that can help make the house a home is essential. You will not be needed for childcare, but just making sure the family schedules are synced and Mom and Dad both know where the twins are, and if the parents need to join. We need an organizational and personal wizard!
The schedule is usually, Monday-Friday, about 9am-6pm in the home office, plus overtime hours as needed. Hourly rate is $40-50 an hour DOE, plus OT and health insurance, and PTO.
