Executive Personal Assistant needed for busy Entrepreneur and Mom in West Hollywood

We are looking for an extremely organized EA/PA who is really comfortable working with a multi-tasking professional soon-to-be Mom! This job is a bit of everything, as you will be her right hand with her two businesses as well as helping her keep her personal and family life organized.

The perfect person has a few years of experience working as an assistant and is eager to keep their boss on track! It would be amazing if you have been working at a talent agency or start up or tech company that has really taught you how to prioritize, think ahead and be a strong gatekeeper. This position is working out of a home office, so please be comfortable with that! You have a college degree and have incredible communication skills. You love managing a busy schedule and doing whatever it takes to keep things running. You will be supporting someone that made the 30 under 30 Forbes list – you should care just as much about your work as she does! One day could be scheduling and research, the next could be remaking labels, it will vary!

You naturally have a positive attitude love to problem solve. You will wear many hats and will need to be resourceful. We would love someone creative with a good eye as you will be helping with the social media accounts.

The schedule is amazing: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. You will rarely be asked to stay late.

The position is offering 50-55k depending on your experience, and a health insurance stipend.
