Executive Personal Assistant needed for Retired Philanthropist in Bel Air

Refined Philanthropist is in need of a polished EA to run her world. Your skills are top notch, you enjoy working in a home office and helping with the business, personal and family needs of your boss. You must have LONG TERM REFERENCES, great etiquette and fantastic computer skills.

The schedule is Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm. You must be a self starter and able to keep up with a fast paced environment. This Lady lives with her husband, no pets and often has her adult children and grandchildren coming to visit. Please have a lovely demeanor and the desire to commit long term to this position. You should have a thick skin, do not take things personally and are able to work well in a fast paced environment. Salary is 70-90k, DOE.

The ideal candidate is a Career Assistant who has long term references with at least 5-10 years of experience as an EA/PA under your belt and experience working in a home office. Our client values someone that takes the ball and runs with it, who can anticipate what is coming down the pipeline.

Please meet the below requirements if you are interested in this position:

– High level proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, MAC & PC computers, Apple products
– Experience working with other staff and managing vendors.
– Familiarity with supporting a boss who sits on several boards and understanding the intricate details that go into managing all of their engagements and travel.
– College degree required.
– Recent references required.
