Executive Personal Assistant needed for Silverlake Family with Rental Properties
Busy working parents with four children, three dogs and many rental properties need you to keep them organized! You will have a gorgeous home office to work in two days a week, the other three days a week you can work remotely from your own home.
We need someone with a top notch education, from a top University, tech savvy, great in a home/family environment, amazing research skills, super resourceful and ready to really take care of the family! This position is perfect for an assistant who is interested in real estate and families – we need a true right hand who wants to grow with their employer and stay long term.
The schedule will usually be Monday-Friday, about 40 hours a week, standard business hours. This is a great work/life opportunity! The parents are brilliant, we need someone who can keep up with them. Must be savvy and experienced with MAC computers, PCs, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ideally Quickbooks, great at learning new programs like Asana or other project management tools.
Some of your duties will include:
Collect, sort, scan and forward all mail, personal and corporate.
Gather documents for signature, notarization etc.
Organize and implement travel plans.
Keep schedules for a married couple.
Keep schedule for kids.
Manage orders for home and rental properties.
Run triage on any emergency maintenance issues on any residential or rental properties.
Run triage on any internet, telephone set-up and any communications issues that may arise.
Keep pet schedule and coordinate with dog walker.
Coordinate with housekeeper and/or various cleaners as needed.
Coordinate with accountants on expenses and time sheets, as needed.
Coordinate and help with “grandparent” schedule.
