Executive Personal Assistant needed for Successful Businesswoman in Manhattan Beach
This is an incredible opportunity to be the right hand to a brilliant CEO who is passionate about her work and enjoys spending her free time dedicating herself to philanthropy.
Your responsibilities will vary but will cover the breadth of what an EA/PA handles. You will be expected to work independently and not need to be micromanaged as part of this position will require you to work remotely, (as well as part in the CEO’s home office.) You thrive when presented with challenges, love to research, excel at organization and love to anticipate what your boss will need.
Please have a great sense of humor as well as a thick skin. This is fast-paced work in a low-key environment. Please feel comfortable managing complicated schedules, travel itineraries, coordinating philanthropic and social events while also balancing the demands of keeping up a beautiful home. You are very tech savvy, have great local contacts with vendors and know how to make those unattainable reservations and requests happen.
Salary is 80-100k, DOE plus health benefits. You should expect to work about 40-45 hours/week but still be flexible to email/research when needed. At first, your work day will start around 6/7am to accommodate east coast office hours but after a few months, you will transition into west coast office-ish hours.
The ideal person has at least 5 years of experience supporting C-Level executives, lives in the South Bay, has an incredible personality and truly loves being the right-hand!
