Executive Personal Assistant needed in Pac Heights for Busy CEO

We are looking for an organized and dedicated EA/PA to work out of a home in Pac Heights. The main duties of this position are to manage a CEO’s calendar (personal and business), as well as help in any other ways necessary to keep her life running smoothly. This could be running local errands, helping with personal shopping, planning parties (both large and small, for the principal as well as her kids and/or family.)

This client values loyalty above all else. We want to find an honest assistant, who will appreciate this opportunity and work hard! This is a fully staffed home, so you should be a team player. The family has nannies and housekeepers and a chef – you will not be responsible for managing them, but should “play nice in the sandbox”!

Must have a minimum of 6 years full time recent experience working in a support role for a C Level executive. College degree required. Local SF candidates only.

Schedule is M-F, 9-6p, with flexibility to stay later if there is an event at the home. Some weekends required, but very rarely. The client will text and email after hours, but you can respond remotely!

Salary DOE, $120k plus benefits and PTO.
