Extraordinary House Manager Executive Housekeeper Role in Malibu

Our out-of-state client owns two homes on the same street near Zuma Beach. One home is occasionally rented and the other is used as a vacation home, approximately 30 days of the year. The rental home is mid-size and slightly dated. The other is a brand new smart home — approximately 8,000 square feet. Both need to be expertly cared for. The Director of Residences will come to town about once a month or every six weeks. He needs local boots-on-the-ground to ensure that each home is in pristine working condition. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, is a quick and effective communicator, and is driven to do an excellent job! An Executive Housekeeper with Management experience is the dream as cleaning duties are an inevitable part of the role. There will also be a cleaning crew or part-time Housekeeper 2-3 times per week. The role works Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Pay is $60 hour plus a $6k annual health supplement and a generous achievable discretionary bonus given for a job well done.
