This fabulous female CEO is on an exciting path to scale her importing business from 5 to 250 employees in the next 2 years. She is seeking a proactive Senior HR Manager to partner with her in shaping companie’s HR strategy, fostering culture, and ensuring compliance as they grow. She is an incredible principal to work for and this is a once in a life time opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic HR Framework: Collaborate with the CEO to develop HR strategies that align with our growth objectives and company culture.
• Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals and guidelines for each position, ensuring they reflect our unique culture and operational needs.
• Job Description Customization: Create tailored job descriptions for all roles that align with our values and strategic goals.
• Promotion and Growth Pathways: Design clear promotion guidelines and career development pathways to support employee growth and retention.
• Performance Metrics: Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to measure and enhance employee performance.
• Expense and PTO Tracking: Oversee travel expenses and implement an effective system for tracking Paid Time Off (PTO).
• HR Budgeting: Assist in HR budgeting processes, exploring alternative solutions for cost-saving and forecasting HR-related expenses.
• Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to HR regulations and best practices, fostering a compliant and ethical workplace.
• Grievance Resolution: Establish clear processes for team members to communicate and resolve issues, ensuring compliance and effective resolution.
• Workers’ Compensation Management: Oversee the workers’ compensation process, supporting employees in navigating claims and maintaining compliance.
• Employee Recognition Programs: Develop and implement recognition initiatives to reward high performance and create a positive work environment.
• Career Advancement: Identify and promote opportunities for employee advancement, ensuring they feel supported in their professional journeys.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5plus years of HR experience, particularly in scaling organizations or startups.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in developing HR proposals and budgets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
• Base Salary: $100,000 to $150,000 per year. DOE
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits packages, including health insurance and paid time off (90 days of employment)
• Benefits: Retirement plans (like 401(k)) after 1 year of employment and bonus depends on performance.
