Fabulous Family needs Fabulous Family Assistant

Busy family with two kids ages 12 and 14 and an adorable Frenchie dog is looking for the perfect Family Assistant to make their lives run smoother and better. The right candidate would be more of a Personal Assistant during the day to both parents who are entrepreneurs and work from home. This job requires you to be pretty tech savvy. You may be asked to reset the wifi routers, or set up their new i-phones. There will also be day to day errand running like going to the grocery store, the dry cleaning, the pet store, and sometimes the post office. Dad could use some organizational help. It would be great if you could keep him on task a little bit. You will need to book all travel, manage calendars and make sure the kids get to where they need to be after school. Both play sports. Mom is pretty organized but would love your help in scheduling her kids’ appointments and activities. There is a family calendar to keep organized.
There is some light cooking here – just breakfast and lunch for the kids. Breakfast is often toast with vegemite and a piece of fruit and lunches are pretty simple too = maybe a sandwich and a fruit, or some kind of wrap and chips.

Picking up the kids from school will be your responsibility so a clean driving record is important. Nanny car will be provided for driving the kids and running errands.

The hours for this position: 7am-5pm but there is flexibility here.

The family travels a lot. The assistant will receive 4 weeks of paid full time hours a year.
Occasionally when the parents go away, they would love for you to stay overnight with the kids.

$40 hr for the right candidate with at least 3 years of experience working in a private home. Must be vaccinated and boosted. Must love kids in these tween / teen years and be super competent all around, including with technology.
