Facilities Associate

Our amazing client is looking for two Facilities Associates to work across multiple locations in the greater LA area. Facilities Associates will work on various construction and landscaping related efforts to ensure that all properties are in excellent condition and projects are delivered in a timely manner. Please have experience with painting, patching, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, leaks, drywall, framing and general repairs. You will help complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion, maintain material and supply inventory, perform routine preventative maintenance, and be deadline and detail-oriented. Candidates should have minimum 3plus years experience. Owning tools is a plus! Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively. Candidates must have solid basic computer skills and be able to navigate a project management platform called ‘teamwork’. Supervisor will introduce you to the tech platforms, but candidates must good understanding of fundamentals. Familiarity with iPad and apps is also a plus. Please reach out if interested. THANK YOU!
