Family Assistant for a BUSY mom of five in Pacific Palisades

We are searching for the most organized and capable family assistant for a very busy mom running her bustling home and life in Pacific Palisades. This is a full house with 5 children (and a puppy) which promises non stop action and activity. The family assistant must love girls and being around them.

The family has some prerequisites for the perfect assistant. They must be loving and kind. It is very important to them that whoever works with them has an awesome vibe, be super positive and friendly! They value joy and happiness in their home and around their family. You MUST love children. They will always be around and ready to love you. Girl energy in this house.

The right assistant must have excellent computer skills and be great at multitasking and getting things done! They will be in charge of the calendars; family and personal. We are looking for a smart, college educated and highly skilled person to juggle a lot of balls. The kids’ schedules must be organized, appointments and reservations made and anything else that comes up for mom. A can-do attitude is a must.
Please have at least 3-5 years of experience as an assistant, love children and families, be vaccinated and boosted and have verifiable references.

This is a full time position $40 hr with benefits 10 am – 6 pm
