Family Assistant needed for busy creative family in Los Feliz

This high energy family needs a Jane of All Trades to come in and keep them organized! The parents work in entertainment and are often working all day. You should be comfortable wearing different hats throughout the day. You will be equal parts personal assistant, nanny, dog walker and cheerleader. The parents share custody of the children and you will be responsible for the pick up/drop off routine a few days a week. The days they have the kids, your days will start earlier and they may ask for you to stay late and babysit. It is important that you are extremely organized, take pride in being to anticipate your bosses needs, are a self starter and love to problem solve. This down to earth family is busy and needs an excellent family assistant to keep them on track. The kids are middle school aged and need help getting driven around and on track to do homework but do not need a hands on nanny.

Please have at least 3-5 years of experience as a family assistant or currently be working as a personal assistant who loves kids and used to nanny or babysit. You should be tech savvy and have a positive attitude. Please love dogs as you will be in charge of taking the little cockapoo out for walks.
