Family Assistant Needed for the Best Family

FAMILY ASSISTANT NEEDED IN COW HOLLOW! $100k:

Family Assistant/House Manager (Personal Assistant with Nanny background) Needed for nicest family in SF! $100k plus benefits! M-F, 40 hours per week.

We are looking for a CAN DO Family Assistant to work M-F for a family in Cow Hollow. This is one of the nicest families, and they need HELP!

They have never had a Personal Assistant before, and just had their fourth child, so they need a PA who will roll up their sleeves and pitch in as needed.

They have two nannies, and the mom is at home, so we need someone who is a true team player and has a positive attitude at all times!

You will be asked to do everything from travel planning to scheduling doctors appointments, to dinner reservations to grocery shopping to meal prep! They would love someone who doesn’t have an ego and will run a vacuum if needed (they have a housekeeper- you will not be asked to deep clean, but tidying up is always appreciated!)

Ideal candidate will be someone who has worked with children and has taken on more assistant/house manager duties as their career has progressed. Own car is not required – the family has a car you can use to run local errands.
