We are looking Personal assistant needed in Brentwood for busy creative familyfor a highly capable and experienced Family Personal Assistant, to support a very busy, creative household in all areas of life.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Versatile Role: The family needs someone who can wear many hats, assisting both in the home and with adjacent business needs, as they often work from home.
2 Family-Focused: The assistant will support both parents and the family, helping with household management, child-related tasks, and daily logistics. THey do have a nanny during the week and on week ends!
3 Tech-Savvy: A strong technical skill set is crucial—must be proficient with macOS, iOS, Excel, and calendar management.
4 Hands-On Support: They are looking for a right-hand person who considers no task too big or too small, willing to be hands-on in every aspect.
5 Experience to References: Must have 2-4 years of experience as a family personal assistant with excellent references.
6 Long-Term Commitment: They are seeking someone with long-term intent, who values mutual respect in the work relationship.
7 Driver’s License: Must be able to drive. Can travel.
8 Unflappable to Organized: A highly organized individual who remains calm and composed under pressure is essential.
9 Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in maintaining the family’s schedule and the home’s organization. Loves to organize and stay busy.
10 Positive to Child-Friendly: Kind, loving, and respectful of four children. Must enjoy working in a busy family environment.
11 Dog-Friendly: They have a small, loving, hypoallergenic dog, so a dog lover is a must!
12 Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
13 Bill Payment to Household Management: The assistant will also help with bill pay and can plan and manage anything the family needs.
14 Compensation: 40 hours guaranteed per week with health insurance assistance, paid vacation, sick days, and holidays.
