Family assistant needed in Dallas with wonderful woman

The loveliest female surgeon is looking for a wonderful woman to help her with her 9 and 16 year old. We are looking for a nanny/ family assistant/ house manager hybrid to work for an incredible down to earth and normal family in Dallas Texas She is a very busy woman and needs a partner to help her run her home. The kids are pretty self sustained, but obviously the 9 year old needs attention. They are a wonderful family unit, respectful, busy and fun. The schooi is across the street, so there is not a lot of pick up form school, but might be after school activities… but you will be responsible for family errands, some cooking and keeping up the house. . The perfect candidate lives close to Dallas or would live in with the family in Dallas. You must have childcare experience, has managed a home and helped with personal assistant duties for the family. We MUST have someone who is a self-starter, can work without constant direction, and can make minor executive decisions. We would LIKE someone with proven experience that can be well referenced. We would LOVE someone who can become part of our family for the long haul!
