Family Assistant Needed in Pac Heights

This is an amazing opportunity to work for a lovely and generous family!
We are looking for an experienced, polished and detail oriented person to work as the SECOND PA for a High Profile family in San Francisco.
Admin duties include but are not limited to:
-Assist Estate Manger with anything to help keep the home running
-Manage the families calendars, schedule DR appts, book trips, make dinner reservations.
-Responsible for planning events: anything from a small dinner party to a kid’s birthday party to a larger scale cocktail party with High Profile guests.
-Create Excel spreadsheets for household purchases
-Receive deliveries and be in charge of returns
-Report to Estate Manager and assist with any projects they may need help with
-Managing kids school and after school activity schedule
-Ordering school, sport and other necessary supplies
The family has an Estate Manager who you will report to, so you must be okay having someone between you and the Principal.
Candidate must have a college degree, and a minimum of 5 years recent full time experience working in a support role in a private home. Must also have RECENT experience working as a Personal Assistant. Please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria.
Salary DOE, $80k + plus medical benefits
Must have clean driving record and references we can call!
