Family Assistant needed in Tiburon

We are looking for a Family Assistant for a single dad in Tiburon. The schedule is 7a-8p, M-F with some flexibility (there is some down during the day when the kids are at school, which is when you will take care of a lot of the “administrative” duties.)

This family needs someone to come in and help keep the family on track. We are looking for someone with no ego who is willing to run errands, help with family laundry, cook simple and healthy meals, take dog to vet and carpool the three school age kids (ages 10-16) to and from school as well as someone who is tech savvy.

Ideal candidate will have worked in private homes as a nanny or babysitter, worked as a camp counselor or sports coach or even worked in a classroom for a minimum of 5 years (recent experience only please!)

Any experience working as a Personal Assistant would be a bonus as this is a Family Assistant role, which means you will be sitting at a desk for a few hours each day: doing calendar management, booking travel, organizing after school activities and keeping the dad updated on all things kid related.

The dad occasionally travels for work, so we need to find a nanny/Family Assistant who is flexible to sleep over a few nights a month.

Salary DOE, $80k+ DOE.
