Family Assistant to Hollywood Hills Family

Successful mom and well-known author looking for an extremely organized, quick thinking and resourceful family assistant. Kids are 10 and 13 years old; so it’s mostly overseeing their activities and occasional sleepovers when mom is traveling. Duties will include managing home, maintaining personal and business calendars, overseeing projects and events and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. Schedule will likely be 11 am -7 pm or 12 pm- 8pm.
