Fantastic family assistant house assistant needed for wonderful entertainment family

The two busiest parents are looking for the most organized assistant to manage and assist in their lives! The couple has the boys every other week, so enjoy boys that love sports and enjoy driving a lot!!
One week schedule could look like this. nanny/assistant/ and maybe another hat? Every day will be different, and every week will be different, so organization, and keeping a great calendar is one top skill needed! The family is building on the Westside, so someone that is not afraid of a commute is also important!

8 am arrive
Drive the each of the boys to activities,
Do some marketing
Manage the calendar
Pick the boys up
start dinner leave around 5 or 5:30 except Friday
Fridays drive to Santa Barbara during the summer to deliver them to the other Mom

2nd week
House manager
Personal Assistant for busy actress and director dad
They are building a home in Brentwood
Over see contractor
Liaise with business manager and agents
Manage calendar for everyone
Organize organize organize
