Farm to Table Chef needed for a wonderful Torrance Based Company 3 days a week
This is a wonderful company that truly cares about their employees’ health and lunch options! We are looking for a skilled chef who is able to make lunch for 20-30 employees three days a week. You will be able to make a range of recipes that can keep the dishes interesting and healthy – from curries to chop salads and more. Lunch is served at 12pm. You will start your day cooking most of the food at home, and then arrive at 11am to set up, serve and clean, with most days wrapping up around 2pm. The company is currently building a kitchen, so for the next 6 months you’ll be doing prep at home and grilling once at the office, but that will not be forever.
This company truly cares about the health and wellness of their staff and is looking for a great Chef to bring onto their team! Ideally, the Chef hired will be based in the South Bay, have at least 5+ years of professional experience and be able to cook for a large group.
Pay is DOE, please let us know what you would be asking for. There is an opportunity to also be eligible for health insurance if you would like to be on the company payroll (versus 1099.)
