First Time Working Parents in West Hollywood with adorable baby girl in search of their forever Nanny

First time working parents are looking for an amazing nanny to help care for their baby girl! Mom and Dad work a lot, and are hoping to find a nanny who can work 50 hours a week guaranteed Monday-Friday, sometimes up to 60 hours a week. They do not have pets, and are not planning on having any, but they do plan on having more children! Communication is so important to them, and so is loving their baby and helping her thrive.
The parents are organized, and love sticking to their schedule. The baby has a routine that is written out with naps, feeding, play time etc. that they would love you to stick to. Their ideal nanny is warm, respectful, tidy, calm and understands basic technology (they use an app to track the baby bottles, diapers, etc.) Creativity is so important to them, they would love a nanny who will foster independent and artistic thinking.
This family can offer $40-45 an hour, paid vacation, holidays and sick days. It’s possible in the future they might be able to help with health insurance.
