Flexible 24/7 Personal Assistant for Huge Music Executive

This incredible businessman seeks a meticulous and energetic assistant who is dedicated to keeping his life running smoothly. You will be based out of the office working with the executive assistant and doing everything from extensive travel itineraries to holiday gift purchasing to picking up dry cleaning. This is for the most loyal and polished assistant who truly loves what they do. You must be able to interact with all staff and not be star stuck when clients come through for meetings. You are a great team player.  This is one of the most respected and busy individuals in music so you must be able to keep up. You are the liaison between the office and home life, which requires uber organization. 

You should have at least 3-5 years of personal assistant experience, a college degree, excellent knowledge of all Apple products and a passion for music. Thriving under pressure and navigating chaos makes you excited to come to work everyday!

This is an incredible opportunity to join a wonderful team of incredible people!! The schedule will vary day to day so you must be able to juggle moving pieces as well as being available on nights and weekends. This a $25/hour, DOE position with health benefits.
