Seeking the ultimate Personal Assistant who has great Executive Assistant skills (calendar management, research skills, amazing communication,) to support this busy Entrepreneur. You will be in charge of everything in his personal life, and at his home. There is a great staff already in place that you will work with everyday, plus a rockstar EA in his office that you will coordinate with.
This job is perfect for a PA/EA with 3-5+ years of high profile or HNW experience. You should be extremely tech savvy as you will be supporting a Tech Entrepreneur who has a smart home and loves running his life on Google Suite, Asana, Slack and more. You should have a service mind set, you love making sure your boss’ life runs smoothly. Please have experience booking Private and First Class travel, managing complex and ever-changing schedules and finding the most exclusive and hard to get gifts.
You are a true professional, and are comfortable working Monday-Friday, in the home, and being available after hours when needed for events and managing last minute travel changes. The perfect personality for this role is someone who does not take things personally, and understands that getting the job done is the main priority.
