Full Time Family Assistant needed in Menlo Park

This is an amazing opportunity to work for a lovely and generous family.
We are looking for an experienced, polished and detail oriented Family Assistant for a High Profile family in Atherton.
Your responsibilities will be 70% administrative, 30% childcare (mainly chaperoning kids and driving after school) for school age kids (ages 10 &13.)
Admin duties include but are not limited to:
-Manage the families calendars, schedule DR appts, book trips, make dinner reservations.
-Responsible for planning events: anything from a small dinner party to a kid’s birthday party to a larger scale cocktail party with High Profile guests.
-Create Excel spreadsheets for household purchases
-Receive deliveries and be in charge of returns
-Report to Estate Manager and assist with any projects they may need help with
Childcare duties:
-After school pick up and carpooling
-Managing kids school and after school activity schedule
-Overseeing Homework when tutors are not working
-Ordering school, sport and other necessary supplies
The family has an Estate Manager who you will report to. The family has tutors who come in a few days a week to help with homework. You should be a true team player with a CAN DO attitude.
Schedule is: M-F, 9-6p with flexibility to work occasional nights or weekends if there is an event.
Candidate must have a college degree, and a minimum of 5 years recent full time experience working in a support role in a private home. Must have experience working as a nanny or tutor or teacher. Must also have RECENT experience working as a Personal Assistant.
Salary DOE, $100k + plus medical benefits, generous PTO and cell phone reimbursement.
