Full-Time Nanny for 10-Month-Old Baby Girl in Brentwood
Posted : 06/06/25
Hours: 6:00am–3:00pm (with flexibility); 40plus hours week minimum
Compensation: $30–$40 hour NET to start, plus PTO and year-end bonus
A wonderful family in Brentwood is seeking a full-time nanny for their sweet baby girl, born in August of 2023. Both parents work demanding jobs—Mom’s days often begin with early meetings starting at 6:00am, and Dad, who works in medicine, typically gets home by 5:30pm. They are looking for a warm, experienced, and developmentally minded caregiver who will nurture their baby’s growth, curiosity, and joy.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives with consistency but is also flexible. The typical schedule is 6:00am to 3:00pm, but some days may extend later. When Mom is traveling (1–2 weeks per month), the day may begin closer to 7:00 or 7:30am and continue until Dad returns in the evening. The family guarantees 40 hours per week but often offers more.
The Ideal Nanny:
• Passionate about early childhood education and development
• Brings warmth, structure, and a calm, engaging presence
• Values loving connection as much as milestones
• Flexible, reliable, and organized
• Bonus if fluent in Farsi — the family would love a Farsi-speaking nanny if possible!
Compensation to Benefits:
• $30–$40 hour net to start, with room to grow
• 2 weeks of paid vacation
• Paid holidays
• End-of-year bonus
This is a kind, respectful household seeking a long-term partnership with someone who will feel like part of the family. If you are an early riser with a deep love for babies and a passion for helping little ones thrive, this is a fantastic opportunity!
