Hancock Park Bachelor needs Compassionate Personal Executive Assistant to run his world

Busy Gentleman who is running his own life and the care of his elderly mother needs your help! The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm in his home. You will help manage his calendar, bill pay with Quickbooks – if you don’t know how but are tech savvy he can train you! and other administrative needs. There are two sweet small dogs that would love your attention and help as well. We are looking for a kind, passionate and experienced assistant with excellent references and a clear background! This client is going through a hard time, so we need a nurturing assistant who will help him get things done, but be kind and loving.

Salary offered is $100,000 a year plus paid sick days, holidays and vacation time.
